Welcome to the gastronomical fairy-tale where passion for wine and gastronomy has been passed down from father to son. Wine making has been in the Huljic family for six generations. The current owner ,Teo Huljić, continues the family bussines through his wine bar and restaurant where he strives to combine modern and traditional.

Huljic family produces wine in their family home which is more than 200 years old. Teo Huljić succeeded his father Dinko, who was a well- known winemaker on the island. After finishing school, he bought his own vineyard in St Luke’s bay and modernized the wine cellar. At the same time, he started a wine production in another section of the wine cellar. He also gained experience by working in different wineries and renowned Croatian restaurants. He starded the production in 1993. and opened his own restaurant ten years later.
