A red wine named after the blend of well-known varieties- Cabernet sauvignon and Merlot and indigenous Dalmatian variety Mali Plavac from the northern part of the island of Hvar ( Jelsa vineyards). The palate is rich, full-bodied with mild acidity. Dark berries, ranging from blackberries and plums to fresh blueberry and even not so typical cranberry ( cranberry jam) show that it is a young wine. Finish is medium long and slowly fades with fruity notes.
Matching food includes grilled food and dark sauces.
