The wine was named after the maestral wind which brings a touch of fresh air in hot summer days.

It is a blend of four wine varieties: Parč, Bogdanjuša, Pošip and Maraškino. It is made in inox vats using cold maceration and controlled cold fermantation processes. The varieties are made separately, and then blended in a later phase. The wine is aged on fine deposits of lees (sur lie) till New Year, and then blended in January.

The wine is elegant, balanced, medium bodied, savoury and of pleasant minerality . On the nose there is a fruity scent, flowery and herbal notes dominate.

Matching food includes fish, pasta and light cheese.
