Palaruša

The wine is made from a lesser-known palaruša variety. It covered the central part of the island of Hvar. It is a pleasant summer wine of distinct fruity notes and mild acidity. There are only 200 grape vines left on the island from which about one hundred bottles are produced and served exclusively at Huljić vinoteque.

Matching food includes grilled fish, shellfish and semi-hard cheese.
