Rose Huljić

The wine is of Mali Plavac variety made by traditional method. The grapes are crushed, then pressed after two to three hours, cold fermentation at 17 degrees Celsius. It is a medium-bodied dry wine with a fruity note of raspberry and cherry, light pepper on the finish. It is an ideal afternoon wine.

Matching food includes pasta,pâtés and salads.
